全面促進工作 助力學生發展

                        ——學工處舉辦2017級班主任培訓班

為了讓班主任盡快熟悉班級情況，讓學生盡快熟悉新學校👵🏼、新環境，適應高校學習生活，穩定職業教育教學🖕🏽，全面促進學生管理工作，我院於2017年10月31日在學工處會議室對新生年級班主任舉辦了第七屆班主任培訓班🎯。劉慧等12名新班主任參加了培訓。

學生工作處副處長索南措、團委書記張正偉、資助中心主任李繼雲分別就任何做好日常班級管理、團委工作以及資助獎勵等工作進行了針對性的培訓✢。

張正偉書記從大學生思想政治工作的重要性著手，從如何培養班團幹部🤷🏻‍♂️👨🏽、提升團支部工作活力、規範入團工作、推優入黨等方面進行了介紹。李繼雲主任主要從獎學金、助學金💣、貸款👋、補助金、免除學費等方面進行了詳細的說明，希望班主任們按照獎助學評定管理辦法🚵🏼‍♀️，認真做好獎助學評定工作，幫助更多品學兼優、家庭貧困的學生完成學業。索南措副處長主要從班主任日常管理工作出發，從班主任考核辦法👨🏽‍🍳、班費收取及使用🕺、學生操行量化🚥、如何開好主題班會、如何當好班主任等方面進行了講解💇。

培訓班上各位班主任認真聽講並踴躍發言🐍，各班主任還將班級基本信息以及班級存在的問題等進行了互動交流，學生處對個別存在的問題進行了及時解決和反饋並指導班主任在班級管理中用量化去管理和引導學生🪜，以期提高班級管理水平。
